This week I found a new wonderful Australian wine producer. All organic and biodynamic too, and with an unusual freshness and “drinkability”. Read my interview with Tamburlaine and a few wine recommendations in my weekly post on Vinbanken here: Tamburlaine: organic freshness from down under
If you are in the mood for organic freshness, I have another top-list posted. This time on organic white wines from around the world. Check out the list here: Five fantastic organic whites
I’m busy prepping for a trip down to France. From Sunday and on, I will be donning boots and shears just as I planned a few months back. Really excited to take part in a harvest, almost wish I would have been able to stay longer than the 10 days I have booked. However, that might change as soon as the first blisters set in. My hands are more used to holding lattes and typing on laptops than to carrying heavy baskets of grapes and getting stung by wasps (I hear they like to hide in the clusters. It’s my biggest fear.) Wish me luck and stay tuned for updates from the field! Like my dad says, keep them boots muddy!
